1、機臺部門請按期擦拭干凈，以增加利用壽命。

2、改換膠種，需清洗管路，此時先封鎖進料閥 ， 打開點膠閥，將膠桶殘剩膠料排出后，封鎖排料閥打開進料閥將清洗溶劑倒入儲膠桶內，本機，依平時操作方式將溶劑壓出沖刷。

4、氣壓進氣不正常及發(fā)現有水氣，請將調壓過濾器內之水氣解除或檢查氣壓源有無異樣即可。
